So it's probably the least exciting track in the entire Xeno-metaverse but I'd have to say Fifth Jerusalem from XSIII because I can listen to it on loop literally forever. I also love In A Limestone Cave and the theme from Abel's Ark in XSIII, Sakura's theme from XSII, and the beach of nothingness/Proto Merkabah leitmotif in XSI.

My favorite lesser known track is Assault 2 from Episode 3.

KOS-MOS is my favorite fictional character ever so of course I love all the renditions of Hepatic, especially Hepatica 3. I also love her original Episode 1 theme as well:

It's so haunting, I love her other epic themes as well like Battling KOS-MOS or She's Coming Back, but I always thought Hepatica and the earlier linked song really capture her character and the burden she bears

Kinda tend to go through phases but most of mine are honestly from Xenosaga and Xenoblade X surprisingly enough. That's not to say anything bad about anything in gears or the other blade games at all. They all have a few standouts for me but I think I just tend to have a few more from the others I listen to more. Xenogears my fav is probably 'The one who Bares Fangs at God'. Xenoblade 1 definitely the main theme. Xenoblade 2 is 'Kingdom of Uraya'. XBX.... well I know this one will sound weird but I'm kinda between Primordia Day theme and Melancholia which I am aware of how different they are. Saga is the hardest choice but also where my favorite would be. Probably Fatal Fight from II or Telos from III. I'm gonna have to say Fatal Fight. I tend to gravitate towards songs that are either heavily atmospheric (and mysterious usually) or things that are high octane 'gonna sword punch you anime style' bangers. Chanting just adds to the experience, plus Fatal Fight has a great beat in it which is what edges it slightly over Fate in III for me. So yeah, I guess that's mine and the best explanation I can come up with as to why. Very tough question. Not sure there's a song I dislike in the whole series, which I know isn't a popular opinion lol.

Oh gosh, you ready for my faves? I'm gonna put them under spoilers, since I have several

The second I hear this theme, I am hit with a huge flood of nostalgia and pure joy <3

Love this one too, really beautiful theme in my opinion.
The intro actually creeped me out quite a bit when I first heard it-- sounds like it came straight out of a horror movie! So that always gets extra points xD (i looooove stuff that can creep me out)

The world map theme is soooooooo soothing. I actually used to just stand there on the world map so I could listen to it more. (Did the same in Chrono Cross' Another World, which has probably my favorite world map theme ever)

The theme that plays in Nortune & some dungeons is very catchy, I like it quite a lot!

Shevat's theme is absolutely gorgeous, I was kind of in awe the first time I heard it.

Looooove the eerie & kinda somber mood this one has, plus it's associated with one of my favorite Xenogears characters!

This one almost always makes me so emotional... I almost tear up whenever I hear it.

Honestly, I could just post the entire Xenogears soundtrack here because there are just so many amazing songs from it, but... for obvious reasons, I will refrain.

I'll be using the Definitive Edition's soundtrack for this one!

Ahhhh this one is soooo good! So metal! Probably one of my fave battle themes in general.

An absolute classic, and another fave battle theme in general!
Especially since sometimes this part kicks in at juuuuust the right moment, making everything 10x more awesome

I remember when I first heard this theme, I was in awe over how amazing this soundtrack was. It still holds a special place in my heart, both for that reason, & because it's just so dang beautiful

Epic. As. Heck.
I may be especially biased towards this theme because I kept doing the "He of the Metal Face" Time Attack challenge so I could fight my adorable metal husband over and over again. xD

Makna Forest's theme is so nice & soothing! It gets in my head a lot, too, & it's always an instant mood booster.

Tephra Cave's theme is really good too, it gives me a nostalgic feeling-- I think it reminds me of a song from an older jrpg soundtrack, but I can't place which one it is.

This theme is so good that I didn't even get tired of it once, not even when looking for Black Liver Beans in the Bionis Interior for hours.

This. Right here. Hands down, my absolute favorite song from the entire soundtrack, as well as my favorite Snowy Place In An RPG theme ever. God, I just... I can't even express how much I love this track. It feels like no words I think of can do it justice.
In my first playthrough, I legit stood outside Theosoir so I could listen to this song some more. It's so good that it had me stalling story progression, in favor of hearing more.

The nighttime variant is just as amazing in my opinion, and if you asked me to choose between them, I'd cheat and say "both."

Then when I finally entered Theosoir, I was met with this gorgeous theme. Once again I had to put the plot on hold to listen to it.
God, this song is breathtakingly beautiful...

Once again, we have a breathtaking nighttime variant. No, I wouldn't be able to choose between this or the daytime theme either.
I think Tantal has my absolute favorite xenoblade 2 songs in general.

I got lost in Spirit Crucible Elpys a lot, but this song was so beautiful that I didn't even mind. Really helps ease the frustration of this level-- instead of getting annoyed, I'd just sit back & listen to this song.

Land of Morytha's theme is just so haunting and beautiful... It was also one of my favorite locations, honestly. It gave me huuuuge Zeboim (the place from Xenogears) vibes.

So atmospheric and eerie... It really helped set the mood here.
Even if my mood upon entering Elysium was, "... Did I just step into Fallout: New Vegas' Mojave Wasteland? This looks exactly like the mojave wasteland! Look Rex, I can see Goodsprings from here!", along with an overwhelming urge to replay that game for the 100th time.
And I don't mean any of that in a negative way whatsoever-- quite the opposite, really! It actually made my entire night, I was so hyped over the resemblance!

Lasarian Woodland's theme is so soothing & nice. <3

An amaaaaaaazing track, made traveling in Torna even more enjoyable than it already was (I mean, it was exciting getting to see what Torna was like & all!)

Auresco's daytime variant is another huge fave from Torna-- very emotional (in my opinion), too, considering what happens to it.

And Auresco's nighttime variant as well! Loving that mix of strings, piano, & acoustic guitar, & piano. Which I just mistyped as "paino."
... Well, that too, I guess! xD
