Likely crawling/indexing bots, some bots that want to be spam bots that we block through various methods from becoming users. I imagine we get some amount of lurkers on the site though, as people want to browse the content but most people don't want to register for forums.

Gonna retire the Godsibb mastodon, no one used it but just as I was getting federated, it started pulling a bunch of cpu load. I don't want to pay more $$$ for something that didn't have much interest, but I hope to refind most of my oomfs on fedi from some different server. Gotta find the right one.
