The game has been out for a little while now and im curious if you all have been playing it. I am having a lot of fun with it and the little quality of life changes make it all so much more enjoyable. What do you guys think about the game?

PS: if you have online and want someone to play with you should let me know, we can befriend eachother on the switch.

I absolutely adore it, and I think the new content for the game is perfect! Literally what I've been wanting to see ever since I first played xenoblade x for the first time and became a xeno fan in 2015. I also love the addition of the keyword database, and only really wish it was even bigger since I love the keyword database in Xenosaga 1.

I think the gameplay addition of quick arts is really good for speeding up the early game, before there was a hard line in which enemies i could fight without being underleveled early on but now I can handle those encounters where I'm underleveled early on way more. It also makes overdriving way more viable with other classes and you dont have to pivot completely to building you character for overdrives anymore to get some good results.

If there's one thing I had to complain about though is that they kinda completely fucked the enemy index. Before, everything was sorted into their own categories and enemy types, it was really easy to find specific enemies and read the lore entries on them, which i absolutely love doing, it's really amazing world building, but now everything is just thrown into a singular list with no seperate categories to sort the enemies. I find this to be a really stupid and weird change.

Another thing which is a little in the spoiler territory but I won't mention anything specific, I wish they made the new skell you can get more powerful, it's my favorite mech in the xenoblade series but it's sad that it doesn't get as strong as the Ares 70 or Ares 90, even though it really should XD
