I'm not sure if this has been posted here somewhere since im not very good at using forums, since i never really grew up with them, but i've been looking for Xenosaga: The Animation in Japanese with English subtitles. Has this been preserved somewhere?
I don't know where people usually get their anime downloads these days, but any popular anime torrent site should have it. You could also try XDCC (downloading from bots on IRC) if you would prefer not to torrent. There are easy guides for how to do this if you just search "anime XDCC". I see Exiled Destiny subbed it and their bot has all the episodes available.
