I always thought of two DLC characters for the Xenosaga HD Trilogy Remaster, posted them on Namco forums. They are Miu Kimura, and Tyler Brady. I believe with the DLC, they would appear in certain cutscenes but are silent. They speak in battle though. Both of them are from a Federation...
